Cravings

Cravings can mean many things but typically, a strong craving is an indication that your body is lacking something. Cravings are a way of telling you to give your body what it needs, whether it be a vitamin, mineral or nutrient.  Understanding cravings is a key aspect of healthy eating as it can help you avoid unhealthy foods whilst still giving your body with what it wants. Unlike hunger, cravings come from your brain, not your stomach, so what you feel like may not actually be what you need.
